Had oil changed, fluids checked, overall inspection, because of trip to NJ. following visit to Lains. Very satisfied with work, and speedy service. We have found dealing with Lains to be a very smooth and convenient for us. The only thing I would suggest is to have envelopes with spaces to write in important info, so that once filled out you can seal the keys inside and put in slot. (This is for night drop off,)

Last year, I noticed issues with the suspension in my car. I had a friend do some repairs but he didn’t have the proper equipment to do everything. I looked into Lains because I had heard good things about them from friends. I moved embarrassingly slow on getting my suspension issues resolved, so I went to Lains a few times: once for a diagnostic check, once for a price comparison with Firestone, and once more to finally get the repairs done. If I had to do it all again, I would just go to Lains once and have everything handled with ease. The staff are so knowledgeable and they care about my car as if it were their own. Just as importantly, they are friendly and helpful. I’ve had multiple interactions with Janae and Bryan and I always appreciate their customer service. My car's dashboard showed three warning lights, so I brought it in to Lains the next day. Of course the lights didn't show up the next morning, but that's how things are sometimes. Lains looked my car over, pulled the codes, and said my car was just fine! They couldn't explain why the lights went on the day before, but sometimes car computers do weird things. They charged me for the diagnostic, and I was on my way! Other, less honest mechanics might have charged me for unnecessary repairs but not them! Thank you, Lains!
